Recovering With Ease
Reengineering Recovery
Vero Ankle® is a physician-founded company on a mission to reimagine ankle recovery. With a patented, clinically informed brace designed for both support and mobility, Vero Ankle helps people return to activity safely—whether they’re healing from a sprain, managing instability, or bouncing back post-surgery. Its low-profile design and BioMemory™ material mimic natural ligament function, offering dynamic support without bulk. Backed by orthopedic expertise and manufactured in the U.S., the Vero Ankle® Brace is trusted by athletes, active individuals, and medical professionals alike.
One Step at a Time
Vero Ankle faced a classic growth challenge: how to scale a high-quality, premium-priced medical product in a competitive category dominated by low-cost options. While the product had clear clinical advantages, success required navigating multiple hurdles—identifying the right pricing model, testing ad strategies across Google and Meta, and splitting focus between direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. At the same time, the original website lacked the educational depth and visual clarity needed to build trust with both patients and providers.
A Smarter Approach
To align with the product’s medical roots and innovative edge, we reimagined the entire digital experience—from brand visuals to performance marketing. We redesigned the website to clearly educate users, reinforce clinical credibility, and make it easier to shop, while also producing high-quality photography and videography that highlighted the brace in real-life, athletic use cases.
On the advertising front, we deployed a dual-platform strategy—testing campaign structures and messaging variations across Meta and Google to find the most cost-efficient path to scale. This iterative approach, paired with an updated customer journey and robust email flows, helped lay the groundwork for consistent, long-term growth.
"The website has never looked better and we can't thank you enough for the wonderful job you guys do every month."
