While Claire's unique service model set her apart, her digital presence didn’t yet reflect the elegance, ease, or professionalism of her in-person experience. She needed a clean and elevated brand identity, as well as a seamless digital storefront where clients could easily schedule appointments or shop from a growing list of premium products. Everything had to work beautifully on mobile and align with her polished, approachable aesthetic.

We delivered a fast-track rebrand with multiple visual directions, ultimately landing on a clean, welcoming look that felt elevated and modern without feeling clinical. We then overhauled her Shopify site from top to bottom—streamlining the experience for both booking and e-commerce. The result is a digital home that feels just as thoughtful and personalized as the care Claire delivers in person.
